"You must have long-range goals to keep you from being frustrated by short-range failures. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 9:27".

Week #1 and 2 –The beginning

A little community of users. That's what we are for now. Sooner or later we'll be taking advantage of this. How? We certainly don't know. But, as a learner right now, we may have many questions like what, why, when, etc., about OCLS Learning 2.0

By the way, quick question for you guys: I don’t want to create controversy but, I will read your comments.

Is a person who refuses learning new technology more effective or productive during work hours than one who is not into it?

Anyways, I don’t think so, but let’s see what you think.

See you later, alligators.

  1. Here are my thoughts to your question regarding learning new technology. The person that resists new technology will be more productive only on the day that the training is delivered. Of course, when everyone else is in class learning, it is easy to be more productive. Once the class is over and the other people begin to use their new skills, then the Resistor is no longer more productive.
